Unleash Your Inner Artist: A 6-Week Pottery Adventure Dive into the captivating world of clay and discover the joy of creating with your own hands! Our 6-week pottery course is designed to ignite your creativity, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned potter looking to refine your skills. Each 3-hour class is a journey of exploration, where you'll learn fundamental techniques and experiment with new approaches, all within a warm and supportive studio environment. A Community of Clay Creators: More than just a class, this is an opportunity to join a vibrant clay community. Connect with fellow enthusiasts, share inspiration, and learn from each other's experiences. The collaborative atmosphere fosters a spirit of growth and encouragement, making the learning process even more rewarding. Personalized Instruction for Every Skill Level: Our expert instructor will provide targeted individual instruction, ensuring that beginners build a solid foundation while more experienced potters can delve into advanced techniques. Demonstrations will be tailored to the specific needs of the group, covering everything from basic wheel throwing, more complex forms and surface decoration. What's Included: • Six 3-hour classes brimming with creativity and learning. • One bag of M340 clay to get you started (upgrade options available for a fee). • Unlimited open studio time to practice and perfect your skills during regular business hours Mon – Sat 9am-6pm. Additional hours dependant on montly course schedule enrolement. • All firings, Underglazes, Underglaze Transfers, and Studio Dipping Glazes are included. • No Charge! Make-up Sessions for missed classes available during open studio hours – simply ensure your pieces are on the drying shelf by the end of the fifth class for bisque firing. • A large selection of Amaco and Mayco glazes available for purchase or onetime application fee. From Novice to Nimble Fingers: Whether you've never touched clay before or have some experience under your belt, this course will empower you to bring your artistic visions to life. You'll gain confidence in working with clay, master essential techniques, and develop your own unique style. By the end of the six weeks, you'll have created beautiful, functional, and expressive pieces that you'll be proud to display or give as gifts.

We look forward to see you in the studio! Please note that Courses, and Events are generally non refundable, however we understand that there are sometimes situations out of your control that may arise. Please reach out should you have any questions or concerns. If you are going to miss a class, please contact Erin to discuss using the Open Studio time to make up your missed class ( there may also be room in another class). We ask that you have all of your pieces trimmed and placed on the drying rack by the end of your fifth class (trimming class) to ensure they are bisque fired and ready for you final class ( Glazing) Should you have any questions please feel free to reach out to myself.
